This product is roasted twice to remove the fishy smell. Each laver is thick with no holes, so that it is not easily ripped when Gimbab is made. Only high-grade raw seaweed is used to ensure that the product is not too tough and its taste and flavor are superior. Slices nicely so that the shape of each Gimbab piece is neat.
