酱油中加入醋调制的酱料，味道酸酸甜甜，增强人的食欲，还可蘸煎饼等食物吃。

這是在醬油中加入醋調製的醬料。口感酸甜，可以做煎餅蘸料。

カンジャンに酢を加えたジャン。酸味が食欲をそそる。チヂミのような料理のソースとして好まれる。
